OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place a new brake fluid reservoir on the fluid can support platform. Then attach the chain/
retention bar to prevent the container from slipping (16).
2. Remove the opening from the container and place the fluid sample tube (11) into the opening.
Make sure to press the sealing cone (12) against the opening of the container.
3. Connect the quick coupling (3) of the filling pipe (2) to the automatic drain coupling (8).
4. Plug the power cable (4) of the unit into the appropriate wall socket (230V AC, 0.1kW, 50Hz).
5. In order to ensure an airless brake fluid flow rate, it is necessary to self-drain after each brake
fluid reservoir replacement!
Place the filling hose (2) with the quick coupling (3) on the automatic drain connection (8) and set
the pressure regulator (9) to a flow position. The unit should remain on in free flow mode for about
30 seconds. If the unit shuts down before the 30-second period, the procedure must be repeated.
When the unit is properly vented, turn it off (5) and remove the quick coupling (3) from the
automatic vent coupling (8). The device is now ready for use.
Connect the quick coupling (3) of the pressure hose (2) to a properly installed master cylinder
adapter.
