3 OPERATION LIFETME AND MANUFACTURER (SUPPLIER) WARRANTIES

3.1 ACM-IP2 is manufactured in accordance with the acting technical documentation

and is qualified for operation.

The manufacturer guarantees high performance of the equipment provided the user

complies with operating conditions given in Table 1, within the following period:

3.1.1 The warranty is effective for 12 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise

stated in the contract.

3.1.2 The warranty period shall be extended by the length of the period during which the

product is at Armtel LLC for diagnosis, repair, replacement of the entire product or

components thereof.

3.1.3 The warranty is effective for the product (component parts) handed over by

Armtel LLC in exchange for the one received for service, unless otherwise provided for

by the contract.

3.2 Warranty exclusions:

3.2.1 The warranty for the product and its components will not be valid in the following

cases:

– the product serial number is changed, deleted, damaged or illegible;

– the product has the traces of unauthorized repair;

– the product defects are the result of negligent use or breach of transportation,

storage and mounting conditions set in the technical documentation;

– the product defects, including damage, for reasons unrelated to Armtel LLC,

such as mains voltage drops, natural phenomena or disasters, fires, etc.;

– the product defects are caused by the use of software, accessories,

consumable materials or other parts that are not approved by Armtel LLC;

– the product defects are caused by violation of the requirements for

connecting the product to other equipment stated in the technical

documentation;

– the product defects are caused by the defects of the system or its components,

in which this product was used;

– the product defects are caused by the use of operating parameters different

from those stated in the technical documentation attached to the product;
