I'm having trouble pairing a second device. How is this done?

In order to pair a second device, ensure no other devices are already
paired.
Where does the JAG97CD-HF connect in my vehicle?

The JAG97CD-HF connects to the back of the radio and because of that,
radio removal is required.
Does the JAG97CD-HF work in vehicles without CD changer?

NO;
the JAG97CD-HF requires a working CD changer to work as described.
