9. Warranty
The warranty period is 12 months from the shipment date.
The manufacturer undertakes to perform repair or replacement of faulty
components of the system within the warranty period upon condition of
proper use of the system.
The warranty repair is performed by the manufacturer.
The warranty liabilities cease to be in force in case of improper use of the
system, presence of mechanical or other defects due to rough usage. The
warranty liabilities do not extend to elements that are not parts of the
standard delivery set.
The warranty for these parts is provided by their
manufacturer.
