1. Choose 24 hour operation (See section 5.2 for details).

2. Turn the dial to choose the program (P1-P6).

3. Turn the dial to adjust the time (10 minutes increments).

4. Turn the dial to adjust temperature (increments of 0.5°c).

5. Repeat steps 2-4 for all time and temperature programs.
