Charge the batteries
Before you use the phone for the fi rst time, fully
charge the batteries for approximately 15 hours.
Recharge the battery regularly.
Note: If

Answering machine messages
It is ideal to play answering machine messages
through the base, but you can also play the messages

Voicemail and Caller ID services
Voicemail
If you subscribe to Voicemail services with your
telephone service provider, when one or more
messages are waiting for you, New Voice Mail
appears on the base screen and
handset screen.
Follow the steps provided by your telephone service
provider to retrieve your voicemail messages.
