A. If you are using HDMI cable to connect your

laptop for input, make sure your computer is set up

correctly first, press Windows+P and select Copy.

B. If the settings on the computer are correct and

the projector is still not responding, please replace

the HDMI cable for testing. It is possible that the

HDMI of the projector is out of order. Once you find

out that it is the HDMI jack of the projector that is not

working, please contact us and we will give you the

appropriate solution.

6. The remote control of the projector is not

responding, what do I have to do?

Your projector remote control is not responding or

was damaged in shipping. You can have us send

you a new remote control directly. Due to Amazon's
