MAIN COVER INSTALLATION

Attach the main cover to the frame using the snugger balls
(CC4595) in the manner illustrated below.
WARNING: To prevent damage to the cover and to
prevent serious personal injury, DO NOT attempt
to install the cover on windy days. Frame must be
anchored before the main cover is installed.
1. Unpack the cover and unfold completely.
2. With assistance, place the main cover over the
assembled and anchored frame.
3. Secure the cover to the frame using the snugger balls
as illustrated in Figures 1-4.

NOTE: The diagrams above may show a similar
application. The cover and frame design may differ
from the design of the actual shelter. The method to
secure the cover is similar however.
4. Stretch the cover and secure at the corners.
5. Once the corners are fastened, place snugger balls
through the grommet holes and loop around the base
rafter pipe as illustrated in Figure 4.

SHELTER CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Proper care and maintenance of your shelter is important.
Check the following items periodically to properly maintain
your shelter:
•
Regularly check the main cover and side panels (if
equipped) to see that these remain tight and in proper
repair.
•
Check connections and all fasteners, including the
snugger balls, to verify that they remain tight and in
good condition.
•
Do not climb or stand on the shelter at anytime.
•
Remove debris and objects that may accumulate on
the shelter cover. Use tools that will not damage the
cover when removing debris.
•
Remove snow to prevent excess accumulation. Use
tools that will not damage the cover when removing
snow.
•
Check the contents of the shelter to verify that
nothing is touching the cover or the side panels that
could cause damage.
•
Check the anchoring system to ensure that all
components are tight and in good repair.
•
If the shelter is moved, inspect all parts and
connections before reassembling.

NOTE: With the exception of Truss Arch buildings,
ClearSpan™ shelters and greenhouses do not have any
tested loading criteria.
