POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Check that the charger you are using is
functioning correctly.
Try moving the charger to a different
outlet.
Replace the charger if it is found not to be
functional.
Replace the battery if it is found not to be
functional.
Responsibly recycle the battery
immediately and DO NOT attempt to
charge it.
Replace the battery with an equivalent 1S
3.7V 150mAh battery with a JST-PH 2.0
connector.
