4. OPERATION
To connect the long tube with the handle and the stick vacuum
cleaner press down the catch on the tube and put it together
with the handle until it is locked. Press down the catch at the
other end of the tube and lock it with the connection port of the
stick vacuum cleaner.
Proceed as described above to connect the short tube with the
desired accessories in the same way.
To separate the parts, press down each time the catch and the
release button and pull out the tube or the handle resp. the
accessory slightly twisting.
When cleaning under furniture and areas that are very difficult
to access, we recommend connecting the long tube with the
nozzle and the short tube with the handle.
Power on/off
By operating the on/off switch the stick vacuum cleaner will be
switched on and off.
Electronic suction power
The suction power of the vacuum cleaner can be adapted
to the type of material of the cleaning area by electronic suction
power. Set the maximum suction power by turning the dial
switch (according to the increasing arrow).
The opposite direction is to reduce the suction power
continuously. With an average setting you can clean
normally soiled carpets or smooth floors energy-saving.
Filter change indicator
Renew the filter bag when the filter change indicator
(with nozzle lifted off and maximum suction power) is red and
you made sure already that the accessories are not clogged.
A change of the filter bag is necessary even if it is not full.
In that case it is the type of dirt that makes a change essential
(e.g. cement, flour and fine powder).
