7. Operation Controls and Functions

The following sections describe the hardware components of the unit.

POWER button: Press this button once to power on the unit, press again

to power off.

INPUT selection bottom - Yellow LED turns on when composite video is selected.

This device has a memory function that records your settings from the

previous session. The factory default is on CV input.

AUTO selection button- Pressing this button sets the device in Auto mode

so it automatically detects the display ' s EDID resolution, when this happens

the resolution indicator will turn on.

Note: For Apple and Dell monitors when selecting AUTO mode the output

mode will be VGA.

Manual selection button- Selecting the Manual button can change the

display ports resolution from VGA to 1080p.

- Green LED lights up when S-Video video is selected.
