This charger charges two batteries simultaneously with charging cur-
rents of up to 4 Amperes.
•
Plug the AC power cord provided into the power supply
•
Plug and switch on the AC mains supply
•
Switch on the unit's mains switch
•
Insert battery #1 inside the V-plate #1 (station #1)
•
Insert battery #2 inside the V-plate #2 (station #2)
•
Observe the LED for each charging station. In addition, the charge
status may be read in 20% steps through the BLUESHAPE battery
LED array (see table on page 5)
•
Leave the batteries to charge for the appropriate time (see table on
page 4)
•
Unplug the batteries when the LEDs becomes steady green
Note:
The CVS2 uses duplicated electronic circuitry and the two charging sta-
tions are completely independent

This charger can be used as follows:
•
To charge two batteries simultaneously with charging currents of up
to 4 Amperes
•
to charge one battery on station #1 and additionally provide a power
source of 13.8V—50 Watts through the onboard XLR connector pro-
vided, for powering up accessories.
The 2-battery charging process is exactly the same as for the CVS2
(see above).
In the case when the user wants to use the CVS2X as a power supply
for accessories, the unit will automatically disconnect any battery charg-
ing activity on station #2 without interfering with station #1. Battery
charging activity will be restored on station #2 as soon as the XLR load
is removed.
