Adjusting the lever

To ensure proper clamping and even gap dimensions [S] to both

sides of the clamping halves of the rotatable unit [4] while the

lever [3] is in its hinged position (90°), the clamping screw [3a]

needs to be regularly adjusted as follows:

Tools required:

▪ Allen hex key 4 mm

1. Open the lever [3].

2. Adjust the clamping screw [3a] so that the screw only just

begins to tighten.

3. Completely close the lever [3] (90°).

↳ Even and proper clamping of the two clamping halves must

be achieved.

If necessary, gradually readjust the clamping screw by a

further ½ turn.

4. Recheck the gap dimensions [S] on both sides.

↳ On the lever side, the two clamping halves must not be

blocked.
