WHAT DOES THE FLOODCHECK(R)™ DO?

1. Floodcheck(r)™ monitors the water supply,24/7. , and will automatically turn your water off

if.......

2. The temperature where it is installed falls below 3 deg Celsius (Freeze).

3. There is a major rupture in the pipes/system or an excessive demand is detected (this is

called (Excess flow).This can be due to the excess flow settings set too low.

4. A leak occurs, or you leave taps running and water flows continuously for longer than

30mins (this is called Time out).Can be adjusted by the TIME OUT settings.(Max is 40

minutes.)

5. The property is vacant or no water is used at all for any 24 hour period (vacant 24hr non

use). Floodcheck will stop the water leaking from a burst after 10 - 30mins.Serious leaks

(Excess flow) will be stopped after just 10 seconds.
