STEP 9. LID ASSEMBLY

9.1

Place the Lid Slats (13), best face down, on a flat surface.

9.2

Use 3/4" spacer blocks to maintain consistent gap spacing and square

the boards.

9.3

Place the Lid Battens (14) across the slats as shown and secure with

1¼" Deck Screws.

STEP 10. ATTACH THE HNGES AND HASP

Double Hinge Hasp -2

#10 x 3/4" Wood Screws -12

10.1 Attach 4" Strap Hinges to the rear of the bin as show with #10 x 3/4"

Wood Screws.

10.2 Attach 4" Strap Hinges to the front of the Door as shown with #10 x 3/4"

Wood Screws.

10.3 Attach the Double Hinge Hasp as shown with the screws provided.

Do NOT install the hasp staple at this time.
