PRESENTATION
The BA220 is a versatile bench designed for weight training with barbells and abdominals.
GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS
1 - Before beginning any exercise program, consult your
doctor. This is especially important for persons over the age
of 35 or persons with pre-existing health problems. Read all
instructions before use.
2 - The owner is responsible for ensuring that all users of this
product are properly informed as to how to use this product
safely.
3 - DOMYOS cannot be held liable for claims of injury or
damage sustained by any person or property originating
from the use or misuse of this product by the purchaser or
by any other person.
4 - This product is intended for domestic use only. Do not use
this product in a commercial, rental, or institutional setting.
5 - The user is responsible for ensuring proper care and
maintenance of the equipment. After the product has been
assembled and prior to each use, check that the attachments

- If you are a beginner, start by training with light weights for a few weeks to get your body used to exercising your muscles.
- Warm up before every session with cardio-vascular exercises, including a series without weights or warm-up floor exercises
and stretches. Increase the loads progressively.
- Conduct the exercise with a smooth regular motion, without any sudden movements.
- Always keep your back flat. Avoid arching or bending your back during the movement.
For a beginner, generally carry out 4 series of 10 to 15 repetitions per exercise with a minimum recovery time between each series
(this recovery time can be specified by your doctor during your check-up). Switch between exercises on the different muscle groups.
Do not exercise every muscle every day, spread out your training over several days.
SALES WARRANTY
DOMYOS guarantees this product, under normal conditions of use, for a period of 5 years for the structure, 2 years for the other parts
and labour, starting on the date of purchase as shown on the receipt.
DOMYOS's obligation with regard to this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the product, at the discretion of DOMYOS.
This warranty does not apply in the event of:
- Damage caused during transportation
- Use and/or storage of the product in an outdoor or damp environment (except trampolines)
- Poor assembly
- Misuse or abnormal use
- Poor maintenance
- Repairs made by technicians not approved by DOMYOS
- Use in a non-domestic setting
This warranty does not affect the statutory rights applicable in the country of purchase.

6 - Wear athletic shoes to protect your feet while exercising. DO
NOT wear loose or baggy clothing, since it may get caught
in the machine. Take off all jewellery. Tie your hair up so that
it does not get in the way during exercise.
7 - If you feel any pain or feel dizzy while exercising, stop
immediately, rest, and consult your doctor.
8 - The appliance must be placed on a stable and flat surface.
9 - The empty area around the appliance should enable it to
work safely.
10 - Before each use, check that your product is locked (pins
in).
