Carefully remove the contents from the package. If any parts are missing do not
attempt to use the product until they have been obtained and correctly installed.

Caution: Do not over tighten fasteners.
1. See Figure 1. Attach the Chair Braces (C) to
the front of the Swivel Attachment (D). Using
(4) 8mm x 20mm bolts (F) and (4) 8mm
Washers (G).
2. See Figure 2. Attach the Swivel Attachment
(D) to the corresponding holes on the bottom
brace of the Chair Seat (A) using Bolts (E)
Washers (G) and Hex nuts (H).
3. See Figure 2. Place the Swivel Attachment
(D) into the hole in the column on the Swivel
Base (D).
Note: Make sure that the Swivel Attachment is
pushed down all the way and securely in place
before using the chair.
