1. The function of an exhaust filter.
The exhaust filter is installed inside of the exhaust
sphere in an oil container.
And the role of the exhaust filter is to circulate
and turn the vaporized oil produced by compressing
during a vacuum pump operation into a fluid status.

exchanging the exhaust filter.
3. The management of the exhaust filter
1) If the exhaust filter's life ends:
The vaporized oil will not be collected and will be
discharged by exhaust pressure through an
exhaust pipe, consuming the oil dramatically and
causing the damage of the vacuum pump operation.
2) If the exhaust filter clogs:
The oil will not circulate so it will cause a
malfunction by a motor overload with weird noise
because of back pressure inside of a vacuum pump.

4. The exchange period of the exhaust filter
- Every 2,000 hours
- Within every 1 year
- The exchange period becomes earlier upon the
usage environment.
5. The exchange period of the exhaust filter
1) In case where the white smog discharges through
an exhaust pipe with no oil in an oil container on
opening the exhaust pipe.
2) In case where the oil discharges in the exhaust pipe.
3) If the oil remains in an oil container and the white
smog and oil discharge through an exhaust pipe,
inspect the oil circulation pipe and exchange the
exhaust filter.
Warning :
If the O-RING doesn't fit in an exhaust
filter and doesn't tightly assemble, the
exhaust filter doesn't operate well.
If the smog emits through the exhaust
pipe after exchanging, please check O
-RING, the damaged status of the
exhaust filter, and assembling status.
Warning:
When exchanging the exhaust filter,
make sure to use supplies provided
by our company. The size of the
exhaust filter varies upon the type of
pumps so please check the order
number according to the component
list, then proceed to order.
