Every PremierTech product sold to a "consumer" buyer is backed by a guarantee on consumer goods,
which provides a guarantee of conformity within 24 months from the date of delivery of the goods
(12 months if commercial buyer). Unless there is evidence to the contrary, it is assumed that the lack of
conformity that occurs within the first 6 months from the delivery date of the goods already existed for a
given data, a less than hypothesis is incompatible with the nature of the asset or with the nature of the
defect Compliance.
The seller's guarantee obliges the seller to come within the terms of the law, in case of lack or a device, to
ensure repair or replacement for a period of time. In relation to the reversal of the burden of proof, the
buyer is obliged to prove, after six months, that the deficiency already existed at the time of the transfer of
the risk.

The appliance is covered by the conventional guarantee for the period of TWO YEARS from the date of
purchase by the first user. This warranty does not affect the validity of the legislation in force concerning
consumer goods (art. 1519 bis - nonies of the Civil Code). The components or parts that are found to be
defective due to proven manufacturing causes will be repaired or replaced free of charge by our
assistance service, during the warranty period mentioned above. The Dado SRL reserves the right to
carry out the complete replacement of the device, if the repairability proves impossible or too
burdensome, with another similar device during the warranty period. In this case, the warranty term is the
one of the first purchase: the warranty service does not extend the warranty period. This appliance will
never be considered defective in terms of materials or workmanship should it be adapted, changed or
adjusted to comply with national or local safety and / or technical standards in force in a country other than
that for which it was originally designed and manufactured. This appliance has been designed and built for

• the parts subject to wear, or those parts that require periodic replacement and / or maintenance;

power surges, infiltration of liquids, opening of the appliance, bad weather, fire, public disturbances,
inadequate ventilation or incorrect power supply;
• any accessories, for example: bottles, containers, knives, etc. used with this product;
• home interventions for convenient checks or alleged defects.
