Assembly

So why the huge box? To make the final assembly a

breeze. Just follow these steps and you will

be out and riding in no time.

Unwrap the cardboard and plastic wrap packing. Do

not use sharp items as you may damage the paint of

the bike.

Open the toolbox and pick up the 6mm and 5mm hex

keys.

Use the 6mm hex key which you will find inside the

toolbox to loosen the side bolts of the stem.

Turn the handlebars from the 90-degree position to

the riding position and make sure they are aligned

with the front wheel. Do not tighten the bolts yet!

6 mm

Now take the 5mm hex key and lightly tighten the top

cap bolt on the handlebar stem. This will make sure

the headset will not have any play in it. Careful to not

overtighten as this will cause the headset to not spin

freely.

5 mm

Now take the 6mm allen key once again and tighten

the same stem bolts you loosened 2 steps back.

These will need to be tight. Turn your handlebars left
