QUICK START

GUIDE
Bluetooth: Getting Started
•
Power on the speaker (push the power switch
forward) and confirm that the power LED indica-
tor lights up
•
Ensure Bluetooth is active (Bluetooth Switch is
in the middle position) and confirm that Blue-
tooth LED is fading on and off
•
Enter your phone's Bluetooth menu (generally
accessible through the settings menu), look for
DownEastAudio-v1 in the menu and select it
•
The Bluetooth LED should now be lit blue, your
Down East Audio - Penobscot is now ready to
play music
AUX Port: Getting Started
•
Power on the speaker (push the power switch
forward) and confirm that the power LED indica-
tor lights up
•
Ensure that the Bluetooth Switch is in the down
position, the Bluetooth LED indicator should be
completely off
•
Set the Volume dial to low initially
•
Plug the included Aux cord into the Aux portion
the back of the speaker
•
Your Down East Audio - Penobscot is now ready
to use
