5.8. Flap-operated thermostat

The flap-operated thermostat is positioned at the bottom of the zero-degrees compartment. This thermostat is
sealed internally by a transparent cover.
The thermostat opens and closes the duct through which air enters from the compartment below.
The temperature in this compartment is maintained constant by the freezer compartment fan, which is always in
operation (except during defrosting).
