Step 1:

Place vehicle on a ﬂ at and level surface. Place gear selector in "Park" and remove keys from the ignition.

Step 2:

Lay aluminum roof visor[P1], middle[P2] and rear[P3] upside-down on scratch resistant ﬂ at surface. Measure then cut foam weather-

stripping[P10] and apply to areas indicated by white stripes. Place foam tape[P11] to areas indicated by squares. (Figure A)

Step 3:

Lay visor under roof while still upside-down as shown (Figure B). Align holes in each, then place a button head screw[P7] with

washer[P8] in each hole from underneath so the bolt head is on the top side (Leave outside holes empty as this will be used later).

Secure each with a nylon locknut[P9]. Leave all hardware loose. Repeat for the rear section except place bolts in all holes.

Step 4:

Attach rear support bracket[P4] to the cross bars at the rear outter holes with rear tabs facing up as indicated (Figure C). Secure with a

button head screw[P7] and washer[P8] then nylon locknut[P9] from bottom. Leave hardware loose.

Step 5:

Place roof on roll cage and align holes with rear support brackets. Secure with button head bolt[P7] and washer[P8]. (Figure D)

Step 6:

Place additional weather stripping where roof contacts roll cage. Install two P-clamps[P5] to roll cage at front visor and middle section

seam and align to outter holes. Attach with button head screws[P6] and washer[P8] from top side, then secure through P-clamp holes

with nylon locknut[P9] from underneath. (Figure E)

Step 7:

Install two P-clamps[P5] to the middle section as shown. (Figure F)

Step 8:

Tighten all hardware until roof is secured. Do not overtighten hardware; overtightening will cause dimples. (Figure F)

This completes installation. Time to ride and enjoy!

ProTip: Periodically check all hardware and re-tighten if needed.
