Transport,
e.g. when moving
Preparing and inserting the
transport bolts
Before transporting the washing machine:
- Turn off the water tap.
- Drain any residual washing solution (refer to
Page 27).
- Release the water pressure in the supply hose
(refer to Page 28).
- Disconnect the washing machine from the mains.
- Dismantle the supply and drainage hoses.
- Reinstall the transport bolts.
Having transported the appliance and ensured
proper installation and connection, allow the Drain"
programme to run through before starting the first
wash programme.
q Remove the covers.
q Preparing the transport bolts:
Pull the bolt out of the sleeve until the end of the
bolt is flush with the end of the sleeve.
q Insert and tighten the transport bolts.
The lug on the washer must be located in the
groove in the rear panel of the housing.
