Setting Temperature Offsets
In some cases, it may be necessary to adjust the oven temperature if
the customer reports that food is consistently under- or over-cooked,
even though the oven is operating normally. Temperature Offsets can

be entered by the customer from the Settings menu to raise or lower
the cavity temperature during operation in Bake, Roast, Convection
Bake, Convection Roast, and Convection Multi-rack modes. The
allowable Offset range is from 0°F to +/- 35°F (or 0°C to +/-19°C).
After accessing the Settings menu, the soft keys beneath the display
are used for navigation and editing.

1. Press Settings to access the Settings menu (from stand-by mode
only)
2. Scroll through the list of menu items using the center soft key, until
8 Temperature Offset is highlighted.
3. Press the soft key labeled Enter to edit the current setting.
4. Press (-) or (+) then enter the numeric value of the offset.
5. Press the soft key labeled Enter to save the current setting.
(Valid offset values are saved when the display changes from edit
mode back to display mode.)
6. Press Oven Clear/Off to exit the Settings menu.
Example: A +25° offset will result in a cavity temperature of 350°
when the cooking temperature is set to 325° for any of the cooking
modes affected by the Offset. Similarly, a -25° offset will result in a
cavity temperature of 300° when the cooking temperature is set to
325°.
For double ovens, a temperature offset may be set for each oven.
