Your Dreame H12 S Wet & Dry Hardfloor Cleaner,
in the case of domestic use, has a 2-year warranty
against product defects and failures when the
product is used in accordance with the terms and
conditions of this warranty statement.
This warranty is provided by Electrical Home-Aids
Pty Limited ABN 62 007 539 577. This warranty
commences from the original date of purchase
and is not transferable. You are required to retain
your original proof of purchase for any claims
under this warranty. This warranty is valid only in
the country where the cleaner is purchased.
Your Dreame H12 S Wet & Dry Hardfloor Cleaner
must be operated in accordance with these
instruction manual, and used only for domestic
household cleaning. Your Dreame H12 S Wet
& Dry Hardfloor Cleaner is not fit to be used as
an industrial cleaner, and is not designed for the
collection of vitreous building material including
particle board, construction products and similar
products such as wood/ fibres, cement, fillers,
fibre glass etc or excessive or frequent sand.
The infrequent pick-up of these materials may be
harmful to your cleaner and will void this warranty.
Accessories and consumables including filters,
unless defective in manufacture, are not subject
to this warranty. In order to prolong the life of
accessories and consumables, regular care and
maintenance is recommended.
Refer to the instruction manual for further
regarding the use and care of your Dreame H12 S
Wet & Dry Hardfloor Cleaner, as misuse or failure
to follow the instructions voids this warranty.
In the event of service or advice being needed, or if
you would like to make a claim under this warranty,
please immediately stop using the Dreame H12 S
Wet & Dry Hardfloor Cleaner and contact Electrical
Home-Aids Pty. Limited, Brandon Office Park,
Building 3, First Floor, 530-540 Springvale Road,
Glen Waverley VIC 3150, or on 1800 815 270 (AUS)
or 0800 282 288 (NZ), Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
AEST.
The decision to repair or replace the cleaner
is at the discretion of Electrical Home-Aids
Pty. Ltd depending on the circumstances and
requirements of any applicable law. If Electrical
Home-Aids Pty. Ltd decide to repair or replace
your Dreame H12 S Wet & Dry Hardfloor Cleaner, it
will do so at its own cost. Any transportation costs
involved in a claim under this warranty shall be
borne by the claimant.

2 YEAR WARRANTY
Dreame H12 S Wet & Dry Hardfloor Cleaner
Electrical Home-Aids Pty. Limited is unable to
accept responsibility under this warranty for
any repair work not carried out by an authorised
Service Agent, or any defect arising from or in
connection with the use of non-genuine parts. If
any part is no longer available or manufactured,
Electrical Home-Aids Pty. Limited will replace it
with a genuine functional replacement part. This
warranty does not apply to the cost of replacing
any parts of the Dreame H12 S Wet & Dry
Hardfloor Cleaner due to normal wear and tear,
alterations, improper installation, physical abuse,
misuse or accidental damage.
If proof of purchase cannot be provided at the time
of a warranty claim or service, any work carried out
on the Dreame H12 S Wet & Dry Hardfloor Cleaner
with be at claimant's cost.
The repair of the Dreame H12 S Wet & Dry
Hardfloor Cleaner under this warranty does not
extend the original period of warranty. If your
Dreame H12 S Wet & Dry Hardfloor Cleaner is
replaced under this warranty, the replacement will
be covered by this warranty for the remainder of
the original warranty period. However, you may still
have statutory rights after this time.
The benefits conferred by this warranty are in
addition to all other rights and remedies in respect
of the product as outlined under the Competition
and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and other State and
Territory laws.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be
excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You
are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major
failure and compensation for any other reasonably
foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled
to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods
fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does
not amount to a major failure

Battery Disposal and Removal
The built-in lithium-ion battery contains substances that are hazardous to the
environment. Before disposing of the battery, make sure the battery is removed by
qualified technicians and discarded at an appropriate recycling facility.
—— the battery must be removed from the appliance before it is scrapped;
—— the appliance must be disconnected from the supply mains when removing the
battery;
—— the battery is to be disposed of safely.
Removal Guide
1. Remove the handle, decorative ring in the middle of the appliance and screw plugs.
2. Use a proper tool to remove the screws on the back of the appliance, and then remove
the back cover.
3. Remove the screws on the battery cover to open the battery cover.
4. Unplug the terminals between the battery and PCB board to remove the battery.
CAUTION:
• Before removing the battery, disconnect the power and run out the battery as much as
possible.
• Unneeded batteries should be discarded at an appropriate recycling facility.
• Do not expose to high temperature environment to avoid risks of explosion.
• Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery. If contact occurs,
flush with water and seek medical help.
WEEE Information
All products bearing this symbol are waste electrical and electronic equipment
(WEEE as in directive 2012/19/EU) which should not be mixed with unsorted
household waste. Instead, you should protect human health and the
environment by handing over your waste equipment to a designated collection
point for the recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment, appointed
by the government or local authorities. Correct disposal and recycling will
help prevent potential negative consequences to the environment and human
health. Please contact the installer or local authorities for more information
about the location as well as terms and conditions of such collection points.
