TROUBLE SHOOTING:

The collar is too big for my kitten or puppy:

You can temporarily shorten the collar for a small kitten or puppy

with a cable tie or a piece of electrical tape by gathering the excess

length, folding it over and securing it with the wire tie or tape.

I can't hear my pet's transmitter:

-Make sure a fresh battery is installed in both the receiver and the

transmitter. The transmitter battery must be + side facing up.

-Set the receiver to the proper channel.

-Set the range switch to the long position.

-Make sure the antenna elements are unfolded and the connecter

is securely tightened.
