5. INSTALL REpLACEMENT CENTER MULLION:
A.
Gently move the left insect screen track
retainer out of the way. Slide the center
mullion "U" channel over the glass. The
bulb seal should be towards the exterior.
B.
Push the end of the center mullion flush to
the edge of door frame, making sure it is
fully seated on the glass.
C.
Continue to push down on the center
mullion along the entire length. When
you reach the right insect screen track
retainer, gently move it out of the way to
complete installing the center mullion.
6. INSTALL CENTER MULLION SCREwS:
A.
Realign the holes in each end of the center mullion with the holes
currently in the door frame. It may be necessary to lightly push the
handle side of the door inwards towards the window opening to realign
the holes.
B.
Insert one (1) #8 x 3/8" screw through the hole in the center mullion and
tighten with a Phillips screwdriver. Do not overtighten screw.
C.
Repeat Steps 6A and B to install the remaining screw on other end of
center mullion.
7. INSTALL INSECT SCREEN TRACk RETAINERS:
A.
To press in both insect screen track retainers,
start at the center and work progressively
down. Use your thumb to press straight on
the back of the retainer arrow.
