Sensor MUST remain stationary, with no movement
5.
Perform ZERO calibration – depress ZERO switch for five (5) seconds – meter will show
4.00 mA
6.
Using Pressure Pump, apply desired pressure to sensor
7.
Once desired pressure has been achieved, depress SPAN switch for five (5) seconds –
this will program new calibration range
8.
Release calibration pump pressure
9.
Be sure mA meter reading returns to 4.00 mA – If not, sensor orientation may have moved
while performing calibration, return to step 5 and repeat process
10. Install sensor back into vessel and perform a ZERO calibration – unit is ready for service
at this time
