The Pre-Heat setting should be used for pre-heating the bed 1 to 2 hours ahead of

sleeping and gives a quick heat boost so that your bed is nice and warm when you

get in.

DO NOT SLEEP ON YOUR BLANKET WITH THIS SETTING.

The Low Heat and Medium Heat settings can be used whilst sleeping to add heat all

night.
