What should I do if I want to switch between my phone and computer to play
music when in multipoint pairing mode?
Pause your music on your phone or computer first before switching devices.
App Issues
What should I do if I cannot access the AnkerWork App normally?
1. When in multipoint pairing mode, you can only have one active session between the
AnkerWork app and AnkerWork software. Using both at the same time will cause an error.
2. The AnkerWork software can only be accessed when the headset is connected by a dongle
or AUX cable.
Why does the sound quality have no difference after adjusting the equalizer?
1. The equalizer only adjusts media sound, not sound from calls.
2. Reboot the AnkerWork App.
What should I do if I cannot access the AnkerWork software?
1. Confirm the connection method is correct and try again.
Windows:
Connect the headset via the dongle or a USB-C to USB-A cable before starting the
AnkerWork software.
macOS:
Connect the headset via the dongle before starting the AnkerWork software.
2. Unplug the dongle, and then plug it back in before restarting the AnkerWork software.

Charging Issues

What should I do I can't charge the headset via the charging stand?
1. Align the charging pins on the headset and the charging stand. You will see a blue light
flash slowly as the headset charges.
2. Use a different charging cable and a certified wall charger with at least a 5V/1A output. If
you use a charger or USB port with a low output, AnkerWork H300 may not charge correctly.
3. Check for moisture and dry off the USB-C charging port before charging.
