Output Signal Not Linear, Zero Shifts During Operation

Check that there is no dirt or foreign matter interfering with the transducer mounting.

Check that the shaft clamp and transducer mounting bolts are secure.

Transducer Strain Gauge Resistance
The transducer has semiconductor strain gauges in a full bridge configuration.
The gauge resistances, measured at room temperature with no load, are shown in the table below.
