Assembly Steps

①Assemble big handrail,console,and cables.

Fix with the bolt taken down in step 2

Step 8

①Fix plastic shell and adjust the machine.(fix big handrail plastic shell

with M5*12 socket head hexagon bolt,fix the incline adjusting shell and

incline adjusting stand shell with ST4.2x12 self-tapping screw)

Fix with M8x16 hexgon bolt(socket head) and Φ8 spring washer.

Console description

Display

LED display console, show us following information:

Time(S): display from "00:00-99:59" ; Default time for positive timing,Increment

with each 1 second.

Distance(Km): display from"0-99.9" ; Default distance is positive timing, increment

with each 0.1Km

Calorie (Koal): display from"0-99.9" default Calorie is positive timing, Increment

with each 0.1 Kcal.

Speed (Km/h):Display from"0-100km/h" Increment with each 0.1km/h

Intensity: display from "1-25" ;

Incline：display from "1-15" ;

：display from "1-10" ;
