NOTES BEFORE ASSEMBLY
• Check to make sure you have all of the required parts and hardware. If you find damaged or missing parts in a newly purchased
product, please contact BOG® customer service, do not return product to the store where it was purchased.
• Hand tighten all hardware until assembly is finished. Once assembly is complete, go back and tighten all nuts using a 10mm wrench.
Do not over tighten as this may damage the frame and negatively a ect the performance.
• Most parts of this model are manufactured to be universal in use, so there may be some parts containing holes that will not be used
for assembly. To minimize confusion in the assembly process, please read these instructions in entirety before beginning.
STEP 1
Assemble the necessary components to create the 2 ends.
Connect the pieces together only, do not use any hardware yet.
Each connection point is marked with a number. Each number
connects to the next. For example, 1 connects to 2, 2 connects
to 3, etc. Only 1 end is shown here.

STEP 2
Using the M6 x 30mm carriage bolts and 6mm flange locknuts,
connect the crossbars to each end. Not all crossbars are
universal. See the below illustration for proper location of each
crossbar. Hand tighten only! Do not tighten with wrench until
told to do so.
