Using your Steam Iron
1. Remove the plastic protective cover from the sole plate of the iron and clean with a
soft cloth.
2. Select the ironing temperature for the item being pressed and align the
corresponding fabric type marked on the temperature control knob, with the arrow
marked on the housing (just in front of the knob).
3. If using steam, place the iron onto the sole plate and fill the water reservoir through
the filling aperture using the measuring beaker provided. Do not overfill or exceed
the MAX water level marked on the water reservoir.
4. Stand the iron in the upright position (resting on its heel).
5. Fully unwind the cable, plug in and switch on. The temperature indicator lamp will
illuminate to show that the iron is heating up.

selected temperature.
