PA-16120 Public Address Amplifier

Description of the device

Features
The DAP PA-16120 is a 16 x 120W amplifier. It is a reliable workhorse that can be used for many
applications. The DAP PA-16120 can be used as 16-channel mono amplifier or an 8-channel stereo
amplifier. All inputs can be connected via terminals and the volume can be set on the rear of the
amplifier and has an HPF filter. Furthermore, each amplifier can be set to 3 modes: 2-channel, parallel or
bridged.
Input voltage: 100-240V AC, 50/60Hz
Rated power (1kHz, THD 1%): 120W x 16 / 240W x 8
Output impedance: 80W (4 Ohm) / 120W (8 Ohm) or 100V (42 Ohm)
Input sensitivity: 0dB / 20K Ohm, balanced
Frequency response: 80Hz – 15kHz
T.H.D: 0,1%
Signal to noise ratio: 90dB
Fuse: T10AL/250V
Dimensions:
482 x 393 x 89 mm (LxWxH)
19" x 2HE
Weight: 8,2 kg

Frontside

LED indicators (channels 1-16)
The SIG and -10dB LEDs show current output level. The CLIP LED indicates peak levels at the
output of the amplifier. If the PROT LED frequently blinks or lights continuously, the output is likely
to enter clipping. If this happens, we strongly suggest decreasing the signal source volume.
Air intake grill (airflow: front to back)
Power LED indicator
The LED will light up when the device is switched on.
Power switch ON/OFF
Press the button to switch the device ON/OFF.
