Rod for fastening

In the event that groundwater is present throughout the entire height of the tank, the body of the tank must be encased in 30cm thick

concrete, up to the height of the maximum groundwater level or minimally to the height of 70cm. Wire mesh and an additional wire

rod are inserted into the foundation slab in order to attach a galvanised fastening steel tape. The fastening tape is fixed in place with

three M8x40 stainless screws. The fastening tape may enclose the body of the tank and must not be subjected to a tensile force that

would deform the shape of the body of the tank.
