Troubleshooting

If a problem is encountered that is not quickly resolved using the recommended solution, please contact your

dealer.

Problem

Short battery run time after a

full charging session

Robot not waking up

Noise from brush

Robot avoids a dark area,

threshold

Robot rotates and change dir-

ection in the middle of the

room, with no reason

Pull-Line cord does not retract

Pull-Line cord does not function

Possible cause

Battery/batteries are damaged

• Battery fuse is missing/burnt

• Batteries are weak/dead

• Debris stuck in brush

• Brush side covers not properly

installed

Stair sensors malfunction

Multi-directional system false alarm

Faulty Pull-Line cord

• Pull-Line cord has been disabled

during startup

• Faulty Pull-Line cord

Replace both batteries. Contact

Service Center.

Contact your dealer.

• Check brush for stuck debris.

• Check side covers and brushes

for correct assembly.

Clean stair sensors (see text

under Fig. 26).

Clean the bumper screen.

Contact your dealer to replace.

• Retract the Pull-Line cord,

remove and re-install the

batteries.

• Contact your dealer to

replace.
