Memory Function

The scale is equipped with a memory function in order to read the weight result after having
taken care of the baby first. The weight result is stored under memory enabling the user to
recall the weight at any time convenient.
1. Start up the scale as already described under ‚Use of the Scale'
2. After the indication in the display stabilized and is blinking, press MEM key to store the
weight result. During this process the display shows SET (in capital letters) and mem
(in small letters). The weight taken was stored.
3. Taking the baby from the weighing tray the display comes back to zero (0.000)
4. Press MEM key again to recall the stored value. You will see the stored weight as well
as the letters MEM on the display. Even after switch off and new restart of the scale
the value remains stored.
5. To get back to weighing mode press MEM key again.
6. The procedure of storage can be renewed on each new weighing procedure.and will
overwrite the value stored before.
7. Changing batteries means to delete the internal storage. To recognize this the display
shows ‚Err' when pressing the MEM key.

Cleaning advice

- For cleaning just use a damp cloth or common disinfection products. Do NOT use any
aggressive cleaning fluids.
- Take care no water is penetrating the scale. This might cause severe damage to the
electronic part and would set the scale out of order.

Warning signals

-
If display shows `o.Ld´ too much weight has been placed on the scale (max. capacity
20 kg). In this case immediately remove load from the scale. Overloading the scale
may cause severe sensor problems.
-
If display shows `L o´ batteries are weak and have to be replaced.

Storage and Transport

Keep all original parts and pieces for an eventual sending back of the scale in order to avoid
any possible damage during transport which automatically leads to no warranty.
Disconnect all batteries before transport to avoid unnecessary damages.

Waste disposal

Electronic devices are no domestic waste.
If the scale is out of use the responsible waste disposal association will be glad to
advise you on the measures necessary to dispose of it properly.
Make sure only discharged rechargeable batteries respective rechargeable batteries
with isolated poles will be disposed as otherwise short circuits may occur.
