STEP

: Move the tire into place with the back

facing the vertical carrier.

STEP

: Slide the rubber cone into place from

the front side of the tire.

STEP

: Slide the large round steel plate into

place and with the handle angled to-

ward you...tighten down the tire until

very snug.

STEP

: You're done! Insure all hardware is

secure and that the tire is fully set

so it doesn't move. Enjoy!
