The lid might not be
well positioned.

Pulse function is not
held consistently while

SOLUTION
1.
Check and replace the lid to be
fairly positioned.

Ensure that the appliance is
plugged properly into a
functioning outlet.

If the issue is not resolved,
contact customer support

Remove the plug from power
source. To loosen the coffee
beans stuck on the blade, use a
spatula. During the next
grinding, lower the amount of
ground ingredients.

cool down for 30 min before
