Bend back the tabs that will not be
used during installation. (From the
front you will bend the 1st, 3rd, 4th,
6th, and 7th tabs).
The remaining tabs that will be
used for installation can be
adjusted by hand to better line up
with the inner fender during
installation.
If you are unsure of which tabs to
bend, you can maneuver the inner
fender into the wheel well and
reference the mounting holes on
the inner fender to find the
mounting tabs.

Use 11/32" inch drill bit to drill out
the holes on the remaining tabs.
