3. Installation of KKHRM

1) Rohrenden fluchtend ausrichten.

1) Align duct ends flush.

2) KKHRM-Schalen unter Beachtung der Markierung mittig über der Stoßstelle zusammenfügen.

3) Die Schließnähte der KKHRM ca. 60° versetzt zur KKHR montieren.

2) Connect the KKHRM-shells in compliance to the center of the marking over the joints.

3) The closing of the KKHRM and the KKHR have to be moved by approx. 60°.

4) Die Verbindungsklammern von Hand aufschieben und mit einem Hammer festtreiben.

4) Slide the clamps by hand and push it with an hammer.

4. Montage von KKHRM in seitlich gekrümmten Trassen /

4. Installation of KKHRM at side curved lines

1) In seitlich gekrümmten Trassen sind die Schließnähte der KKHR senkrecht anzuordnen.

2) Werkseitig vorgeformte KKHRB sind bereits entsprechend gefertigt.

3) Bei Krümmungen, die mehr als eine Halbrohrlänge betragen, ist ein Versatz der KKHR untereinander

erforderlich.

4) Zusätzlich im Krümmungsbereich auf allen KKHRM zwei Bandschellen aus Edelstahl montieren.

1) In side curved lines arrange the closing of the split ducts vertically.

2) Factory performed KKHRB are already made accordingly.

3) If curves from more than one split duct length have to be made, so here an offset of the KKHR is required

with each other.

4) Additional set in the curves on every KKHRM two band clamps made out of stainless steel.
