STEP 5:
2 people required
Insert 4 x barrel nuts (#2) in 1 x side rail (C) and position below the long safety
rail (D). Note: Please ensure the inserts on the slat support are facing up.
Loosely attach one end of the side rail (C) to bed end (A) with 2 x bolts (#1)
into the barrel nuts (#2) in the side rail.
Then lift the other end of the side rail (C) into position and loosely attach to
bed end (A) with 2 x bolts (#1) into the barrel nuts (#2) in side rail.
Note: You will need to pull the bed ends apart slightly to allow the side rail into
position, please ensure the long safety rail end which is not secured does not fall off
the threaded rods.
Hardware for Step 5:
4x #2 Barrel Nut
4x #1 Hex Bolt 90mm

STEP 6:
2 people required
Insert 4 x barrel nuts (#2) into 1 x side rail (C) and position to front of the
upper bunk. Note: Please ensure the inserts on the slat support are facing up.
Loosely attach one end of the side rail (C) to bed end (A) with 2 x bolts (#1)
into the barrel nuts (#2) in the side rail.
Then lift the other end of the side rail (C) to position and attach to bed end (A)
with 2 x bolts (#1) into the barrel nuts (#2) in the side rail.
Once all side rails are in position tighten all bolts with allen key.
