You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless CMC, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their
directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against all losses, demands, actions, suits, claims,
or proceedings, including all court costs, attorneys' fees, and all other expenses of defense or litigation
related thereto, (a "Claim") brought or commenced by any person, firm, corporation, governmental
authority, or any other entity against CMC for the recovery of any damages for injury, illness, death of
any person, damage to any property, or any economic loss, arising or alleged to arise out of, or caused
by, or alleged to have been caused by, your noncompliance with the Safety Warnings.
You will provide CMC with prompt written notice of the Claim and permit CMC to control the defense,
settlement, adjustment, or compromise of any Claim. You will have no authority to settle any Claim on
CMC's behalf.
