INSTALLATION

All possible measures must be taken to ensure water or fluid does not

contaminate the internal components of the telephone whilst unpacking,

preparing and installing the telephone in inclement weather conditions or

by negligence.

Failure to carry out this basic function may invalidate your warranty and

As supplied the telephones are suitable for wall/vertical surface, pole or post

mounting.

If only one gland is used, the sealing plug should be left in place.

3.1

Vertical Surface or Wall Mounting

As supplied, the telephone is only suitable for vertical surface mounting.

The following parts are included in the standard installation kit:

2 - cable glands with sealing washers

1 - 4mm socket wrench

1. Place the telephone on its rear surface on a firm horizontal surface.

2. Open the cover, release the front plate from the rear enclosure by

unscrewing the four captive screws using a 3mm socket wrench provided.

1. Remove the RED blanking plug from the cable entry hole leaving the

YELLOW plug in situ.
