VSTR is a constant voltage converter designed for the operation of constant-voltage single colour/ RGB LEDs.

The converter is equipped with 3 negative outputs (-) and 1 common positive output (+) on the secondary side.

The outputs can be loaded as per the table on page 1.

NOTE: The RGB function requires external equipment. Not supplied with VSTR.

Switching on after a power failure on the primary side:

• Push installed (see figure 1): The converter lights up at the last value (memory function).

• 1-10V installed (see figure 2): The converter lights up according to the 1-10V value.

The converter is of the SELV type and is equipped with short circuit, overload, no-load and overheating protection. If the overheating or overloading protec-

tion triggers, the LED modules normally begin to flash.

Follow the recommended cable lengths for constant voltage/low voltage.

Note!

If the converter has been connected directly to the button via the Push input, the function cannot be used as a slave via the synchronisation cable and

with 1-10V signals.

The function can be restored by short circuiting (strapping) the 1-10V input for at least two seconds while the converter is energized on the primary side.

Cable length from button to last converter max. 15 m.

In applications with a cable longer than 15 m, it must be kept apart from other 230V cables.
