18. Under no circumstances open the appliance casing. Do not insert any
foreign objects into the inside of the casing.
19. Warning! Be aware that this appliance has a moving blade. Be careful
while the appliance is running. You may cut yourself!

Intended use

T
his appliance must only be used for food. It is designed to work with small quantities up to 4 l. It allows mixing directly in
pots and can be used to prepare e.g. soups, salad dressings, sauces, mayonnaise, vegetable purees etc. The preparation
depends on the used blade.

I
t is recommended to use the mixer for 3 min and to stop it for 30 min. Nevertheless, if it is used longer, it is safe for the
device, the end user and the electrical installation.
Description of the appliance (-> fig.1)
A1 - Speed 1 switch
A2 - Speed 2 switch
B - Motor block
C - Ventilation slots

Before first use

Carefully remove all packaging materials and retain for future use.
Check for completeness (-> fig.1 and fig.5) and transport damages. In case or damages or incomplete delivery please
contact your dealer (-> Warranty).
Unwind the power cord (H) and connect the power plug (I) with an easily reachable wall outlet so that in case of an
emergency the appliance can be unplugged immediately.
If the preinstalled blade (F) is not suitable for your purpose, unplug the appliance completely before changing the blade.

Operation

ever operate the mixer in the air or out of the pot.
I
n case of an accidental immersion of the motor block (B), be careful of any electrocution shock. Disconnect immediately
the plug from the wall outlet.
F
or maximum efficiency we suggest to hold the mixer in an oblique position without placing the blade guard (E) on the
bottom of the cooking pot (-> fig. 2). Do not immerse more than 2/3 of the blender tube (D). The maximum immersion
level is marked on the mixer tube by the word "max.".
W
hile pressing the switch (A1) or (A2) (->fig. 1), the mixer starts mixing. To stop the mixer, release the selected switch
before taking the mixer out of the liquid.
I
n the beginning the motor block (B) of the mixer might smell. This smell is unavoidable for a new electronic motor, but
will disappear after a few times of use.
T
o adapt your mixer to your different purposes you can change to blades.
