Cleaning
Be careful not to spill any liquid into any opening.
Wipe the speaker cabinet with a soft, clean, and dry cloth.
Wipe the speaker's soft grille with an electrostatic dusting cloth.
Do not use any solvent, chemical product or detergent.

Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing any of the following problems, please follow the suggested steps:
① Make sure that the Main Speakers, Zone 2 Speakers and the Subwoofer are connected to the
power supply.
② Make sure that the RCA cables between the Main Speakers' left and right channel and the
Zone 2 Speakers' left and right channel are connected.
③ Check the status indicator of the Zone 2 Speakers and the Subwoofer connection (see pages
6, 7).
④ Keep the system away from any possible source of interference (wireless routers, wireless
phones, microwave ovens etc.).
⑤ Verify that the system is within the recommended range of your wireless router or mobile
device.
If the above steps do not solve the problem, please refer to the common problems and
solutions listed in the table below;if you still can't solve your problem, please contact us.
Problem
Press thePowerbutton on the back of the Main Speaker to manually
power on the system.
Press any button on the remote control to check whether the LED
display on the front of the Main Speaker is working properly.

Make sure that the battery insulation slip is removed and that the
