Low Battery
Display reads "ERROR"
Display reads an

MAINTENANCE

1. Do not drop this Dock or subject it to strong impact.
2. Avoid high temperature and solarization. Do not immerse the Dock in water as
this will result in damage to the Dock.
3. If this Dock is stored near freezing, allow it to acclimate to room temperature
before use.
4. Do not attempt to disassemble this Dock.
5. If the Dock is not used for a long time, please sure to fully charge it every month.
6. It is recommended the performance should be checked every 2 years or after each

The cuff does not inflate
properly or pressure falls

Irregular heartbeat
(arrhythmia)
The cuff was not properly
applied or the rubber tube

SOLUTION
Charging the battery
Re-test, make sure not to
move your arm or the Dock
Make sure the rubber
tube is fully inserted into the Dock
It is inappropriate for people
with serious arrhythmia to use
this Dock
Review the cuff applying and
testing sections of the instructions
and re-test
Apply the cuff correctly
and try again
Review the body posture and
testing sections of the instructions
and re-test
Re-test when calm and no speaking
or moving during the test
Pressing the
botton to reset the
device, restart the software and
reconnect the iOS device with the Dock
